It all depends on the card. Some I am able to buy at 70%, others only at 50%. Depends what kind of card and the value. I usually talk price in PM. I usually am able to send first if the member is trustworthy or I have dealt with them before. If the user wants an escrow, I am happy to oblige, provided they find the escrow provider and pay the fees.

Do you also buy starbucks gift cards?
