The real reason America is exceptional is, God is holding her in such a way. There are two other reason, one good and the other as good as it could be. The good one first.

America is exceptional because her government is set up in freedom for the individual. The 9th Amendment allows the individual to bypass government in any way that does not harm a person or damage his property. The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

This means that people have all the rights to do anything that they had before the inception of the U.S. Government or the Constitution.

If government wants to interpret the 9th Amendment in ways that eliminate freedom from the people to do anything that they want (like smoking pot), then the 7th Amendment can be used by the people to back up the 9th Amendment. The greater effect of this is that the whole United States Government can be overturned and overruled by a jury if done properly. It also means that all State laws and corporations can be overcome by a single person in court, as long as the person has not harmed anyone or damaged his property.

America is exceptional because of her people. Her people originally (back in the late 1700s and early to mid 1800s) did not use their rights memorialized in the above two amendments to overcome the U.S. and State governments, because they wanted to make sure that the government of the U.S. became strong. After the Civil War, the people gradually forgot how to use their rights memorialized in the above two amendments, thereby making America as though it were a Napoleonic Code nation rather than a common law (7th Amendment) nation... right up to today.

The amazing thing is that the forgetfulness of the people has allowed America to become a police state, even though the rights of the people to prevail over injustices and inequities of government remain.

I am honestly not sure whether you're trolling or not, but I've often found that a disturbingly large amount of Americans genuinely believe god somehow favors their country over others or that America is 'god's country' for some bizarre reason. (Before you say he was American, he filed the patent for the transistor in 1925 before emigrating to the US in 1927. He was not living in the US or an American citizen at this time).

God uses whatever country works best for expanding His Word among the nations - around the world. Often He does this by making His "favored" country into a powerful nation for His work.

If you look at the history of America, you will find that America has in the past promoted God's mission work at times more than any other country. Even now, among all the sinning and apostasy found in America, this country is still one of the greatest promoters, spreading God's Word among the nations.

Consider BibleGateway (https://www.biblegateway.com/), a place where you can find many translations of the Bible into many languages of many nations, making them all available to anyone who has the Internet worldwide.

I think that Russia is much higher forces of America. America pokusavada interfere in the politics of each country and this shows its impotence . Provoked wars in some countries, for political reasons , because of oil and so on. Russia is much more stable , although the Europe imposed sanctions incredibly well ran , and shows that it can itself to survive.

America doesn't like anything, nor does it portray itself as anything. America is a group of people, and a group of groups of people, who have many different ideals and do many different things. What you are talking about is the way some people (usually the media) portray America.

America doesn't spy on its people and the rest of the world. There are one or two agencies of a corporate legal system that do that.

America doesn't lock up people for petty illegalities. It is a corporate legal system that does that.

It is not America that does any of the wrongs you mentioned. It is a group of people who have pulled the wool over the eyes of the people of America who are doing it. Indeed, there are bad things mixed within the good in American government. But the people of America are victims of a small group of legalistic jokers who want to control the whole world. Americans are victims, just like everyone else.

I know it is a little bit long. But read and think about the whole thing that I wrote above, instead of only skimming it. The people of America have the ability to get themselves out of their legal troubles by using the legal system against itself. They simply don't know it.

There is one thing that keeps the American government from being the best government in the world. It is the ignorance of the people regarding how easy it is to individually get out from under the civil-like "legalness" of their own system when they perceive that the system is wrong.

Other than that, the American system of government is the best and freest.
