icm needs only 2 minutes of work and crave is dead. only action he needs to do is start wallet and send the code.
That days ICM also could destroy the chain. So just stop spreading FUD and do something constructive. Can someone explain exactly how that would destroy the coin? All my research only shows that it could potentially disable some RPC commands until an ignore alert flag is added to the config file. Is it something different with the masternode/staking code? Anyone using RPC commands has (should have) enough experience to do this in 30 second. So what if he sends a key-compromised alert? Does this mean that satoshi, Gavin, and thyemos can all kill the bitcoin core if they wanted? I highly doubt that is the case. JJ

There's no centralized checkpointing in bitcoin. Here it's derrived from ppc.

ICM...please come back...this is ridiculous nad sad at once. Never give a responsibility to a children.
I don't think dev is a children, he just got a child from outside in India and put it on a webcam lmao. Also, what do I put in a video that proves I am really who I say I am? Log in GitHub from my PC on camera? Nevermind these naysayers. They probably lost money on recent rise and fall and unhappy. Tune your self off from noises. I for one thought your rc3 was good except it forked unexpectedly. Fix that and crashing problem. Do some testing before releasing it. When mature product released, I be sure to be first to download it, as others would. As long as your qt is good without any unexpected behavior, it will stick and gain wider acceptance. Keep plugging away. There is light at end of tunnel.

I think better to continue dialogue in this tread, and maybe even in the first not moderated topic with 700+ pages https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=997356.0

I don't know c++ very well at all, but I literally can find no technical explanation for how the alert keys can kill the coin. Until someone can explain it in technical detail, I have to consider it an incorrect assumption.

any news or it is over?
all work fine cisahasa knows what he is talking about folks. These are some issues with the last ICM Crave Qt wallet: 1- Crave Qt wallet crashes or hangs while loading the blockchain 2- Stake and masternode rewards incorrectly displayed in the wallet. 3- I2P doesn't work on Windows. (unverified) 4- Masternode list and count incorrect. Problems with discovery. 5- Wallet shutdown on Windows leaves a hung process running 6- Private keys for public alerts lost (ICM) so forking is difficult 7- No checkpoints 8- No DNS Seeders. There are many more... Dash v0.12 fixes many of these issues. What happened to niitassins? I hope y'all didn't scare him away! If we could only harness his talents, Crave would be a much better coin. He is a good dev but needs community direction and support. I think we failed as a community and now Crave is stagnant and let face it, CRAVE has many many many issues with no one to fix them.... What are we going to do about it?
