He is doing this one time with each person, he is doing this for cPA Leads probably and will use one time or when a new ap comes out, plus what your doing  is against TOS of CPA terms, if I find out who your doing this with, which Ill use an alt account to do so, then Ill report you to the CPA network and get you banned so remove this shit thread from here.  This will be considered incentivized leads

Its not illegal but it against the networks TOS, he cant pay people to install Apps.  I use to work with these kind of networks.  Yes you have to becareful cause depending on what your installing he might be trying to steal info.  If you have to put a pin, then you will get charged around 5 to 10 dollars while he makes off with 15 dollars.  Its a scam thing going on with this now.  Im just alerting you, never believe what is too good to be true.  Also chek out his feedback he is scamming people
