I'm new to Bitcoin.

I signed up on this forum yesterday, and I see lots of potential. People are eager to make Bitcoins in alternative ways. They want to live a more free lifestyle, but there are not many good and well paid opportunities, unless someone thinks out of the box and create a new business idea or is good at being an affiliate etc.

We can make a revolution in the way people work and make money.

I don't think an internet based company with no owners have been invented yet? A company that owns itself, and has its own "mind". The company will need people to do big or small projects, and then it will pay for every completed projects based on supply and demand or votes.

Because no one owns the company all the profits will go back to those that do the jobs/projects.

The mission of the company is to uplift humanity, sell the best product or service and offer the best jobs and commission.

A company like this will be much stronger in competition and have an extreme growth. That is why this is a revolution.

First we need to figure out what digital service the company should provide.

How to automate the job offerings.

It has to be a manger free company. In the old system all the managers are often useless and make too much money. With the right system, the company will run itself.

If the company is a success, then we need to make more companies with other services, so they can compete with the old system.

The first company could offer a simple service, so we can experiment with building the right system. It is important to get it off the ground fast, so it is not getting too complicated and difficult.

If we create the right automatic system, then we are basically making an Artificial Intelligence. It is the system, that makes it alive.

Let us brainstorm ideas...

So you want a company that makes random jobs for people and pay them for doing it? Where would it get its money? how would it verify jobs?

Maybe if people had to pay to vote for what job is to list, that money can be used to pay the people who do the job.

just my 2 cents.

To give you an example.

If the company is making webdesign, then it would need buyers of webdesign. It will therefore need affiliates that bring buyers(money) of webdesign to the company. The affiliates will get a a commission based on the amount of money the buyers spends on webdesign.

Because the company has a buyer of webdesign, the company needs people that can design the page.

The project can be split up in many small projects, and then people can via supply and demand or votes offer their service.

That's have been some website which offer some affiliates commission, but as far as i know still don't know there are website with affiliate commission and integrate with cryptocurrency.
for example: https://www.fantero.com/web-templates

But, what the meaning of "and then it will pay for every completed projects based on supply and demand or votes." ?

Fantero is owned by people, so it is not the same.

Why is it a revolution that the company is owned by itself and not people and there are no managers?

Because that means the profits go to those that work for the company and the buyers can get better deals. Win/win. That makes the company super strong in competition.

People from different countries work 24/7 to serve its buyers and workers. How many companies make websites on a Sunday at 2AM on a holiday?

The buyer of websites can get in contact with people working for the company 24/7 and will get instant reply.

We can get started today, if someone from this forum needs web design or a logo etc. Then we can make it happen and learn from the experience and build the system.

You can't automate this. Humans need to be involved to judge what merits investment from the company.

Take a look at bitshares; they already have most of what you propose and the blockchain is already paying people to work for it, but it is all controlled by voting, not automatically.

Take a look at bitshares...

 ¿they are already doing this??

I've visited
bitshares.com << and it says coming soon!

I understand what this topic is all about, and it would still need people and voting... still not in production since Monterrey, Mexico is slow on Bitcoin adoption....
