I have been trying to withdraw my coins for several months now.  Here is the background:

1) I had an empty account that i had not used in several months.
2) I reset the password. Logged in, Deposited several bitcoins. Bought some altcoins and Tried to withdraw the altcoins.
3) Cryptsy locked my account for 3 months due to "suspicious activity"
4) Finally 10 days ago the let me log in. I tried to withdraw the coins and they have been "pending" for the last 10 days
5) I have emailed crypsty support repeatedly they have not replied.

I just want my coins back, currently worth about $2500usd

Try to use chat also maybe someone can help you.
Also could you make a screenshot of the pending amount.
I noticed that you must confirm your withdrawal in email.
They send an email with a confirmation link, without it the withdraw cannot be done.

Always check email and email spam folder(s) when withdrawing from an exchange, if it shows a currency is pending withdrawal.

I would just like to say that we have stolen nothing.

Because you are not using 2fa and you log in via TOR network, on withdrawals of this size we need to know you are actually account owner.

Hacks happen all the time in this field.

You have failed to remember your security answers to your questions.

This is not a failure on our part, but it is on yours.

Please reply to the ticket you have created.

I will try my best to verify you are you.
