You should not be choosy because you are the one paying a reversible funds not the other way around.
I don't know if Neteller is reversible , I'am new to it and since I checked this

Also I don't want to trade with Newbies etc because they most likely will waste my & their time by asking me to send first which I won't for sure , I asked for Senior members and above because they won't take the risk to lose their accounts (red trust) for such low amount in risk while Full Member and below value are less then 35$ so they think on scamming . however I'am not saying that they are all scammers It's just how I want to trade
