I use a vpn sometimes for privacy but for some reason I cannot access this site at all when going through VPN.

Was just browsing the site normally, made a post then turned on my vpn and tried to browse to another area. Gave me website unavailable but could still get to any other website I wanted. Disconnected the vpn and all was fine again.

Is this some sort of strange security feature? As in if you are logged in under one IP and then jump to another it blocks you?

The IP of the VPN you are using may be banned.
