uhmm.. i got a problem in a deposit i did, 4 months later here i am still waiting, i would call Incompetence, because it seems theres ppl that can trade in there.
I sent them 3 tickets; one in english which was answered one day later, till then it was great at least one day isnt that much, i sent them all the info they asked me for, after that all the e-meails same like yours.... after 4 or 5 days i sent the first ticked i sent them another one with the same problem with all the info on it and nothing, same asnwer like the one before 3 days later; as this happened i was wondering if they would answer faster with a ticket in chinese, so i sent them a ticket in chinese, no more than 10 min later my ticket was closed and deleted, and told me not to send double tickets for the same problem... then WTF? i already have 2 tickets in english with the same problem! and the one in chinese is deleted? really? ...

Please, guys. Don't use this fuckin exchange. They're more than known for fuckin people over, manipulating ICOs and earning a golden butt with the money of their customers. You should really, really avoid them at all cost, and consider any money sent there as lost.

They're the worst exchange ever. I'd better trade at Mt.Gox than do any deposit to their wallets.
They are stealing your money, and as soon as some public awareness arises, they claim their exchange was hacked, wait a month or two and start over. And over. And over.

They're not just incompetent, they're criminals, and they're hiding their criminal activities behind incompetence.

Don't fuckin use them. There is no sane reason to ever do so. Never ever.

Frustrating thing is, they're not even very intelligent in conning users. They just rely on users' stupidity, so they can pull the same gox over and over. Even more frustrating: it actually works. Users seem to forget quickly in crypto. Or they don't give a shit about their money.

I try contact via skype , but unsuccessfully, and I do not think that the answer would be different than ticket reply.

Same here.
deposited 6m qora (it is about $100) and they never credited my account.

Complete SCAM avoid BTER at all cost.

2 months and they even don't respond to the ticket.
