DNT withdrawal @ hitbtc is taking so long. It is over 12 hours now and it is still "You have a Pending Transaction"

Transaction ID e1770303-5766-4c45-b205-50502bf548ee from hitbtc to mercatox

Does it matter it i withdraw directly from hitbtc to mercatox VS hitbtc to myetherwallet then to mercatox?

I just want a fast transaction and fees are fine

This transaction still pending? Have you read on previous post or comments related on the site? First of all I didn't really tend to use their service there are lots of issues involved with them seems like they are lessening their sites credibility. If you see that transactions is still pending on the site of Hitbtc then the problem would be on their not on the DNT chain itself since they aren't still sending those DNT you do have. For the 2nd question its still okay that you will directly transfer to hitbtc to mercatox if the transaction would go through, the problem here now is if those DNT would be passed on.

DNT arrived to my mercatox account after more or less 20 HOURS!!!

I am not going to use  HitBtc anymore

HitBTC is NOT a Scam. They are REAL but I am not happy with the time it took to tranfer DNT from HItbtc to Mercatox

yeah I just experienced it my self. Lucky it was only a dollar worth of altcoin that I lost. I wanted to log in but suddenly they asked for an authentification code. I never got one, so I mailed to the support address. they mail got bounced back.
So I peplied via their twitter and Facebook account, but no reply.
I read a lot of compains on their social media account. Guess I'm not the only one.

I transferred an ico coin to HitBTC because CoinMarketCap.com said it was one of the only sites to exchange this coin.  The coin made it to HitBTC but it has been stuck there ever since.  They have not replied to my emails for assistance.  If I ever get my coins off of HitBTC, I will never use this site again.  I'm hoping that my invested funds are not lost. I will make sure I do my research on exchange sites before I deposit and not take the word of other sites just because they have a link to it.  If HitBTC is in fact a really crappy site, then CoinMarketCap.com needs to take HitBTC off of there site as a credible market exchange!

I believe you should post some evidence. I used HitBTC and all the transactions are successful. The only problem that I have was the transfer of DNT that took 20 hours but it still pushed through

They are at least continually upgrading wallet software of the not so much traded coins, been LSK recently, frozen some funds during that time.
Since there are no deposit/withdraw limits you can utilize their service for small batches. On a same trust level I would range yobit and some consorts.

Thanks to this thread I think I would stay away from HitBTC,
It seems that some coin in that site are still at high price while at the other's are dumping like in MGO when the price on the other trading site was about 35,000+ sats in HitBTC it was about 40 or 50,000 I think.

Never lose your 2 factor authentication with these guys. Ive been waiting 3 weeks and made multiple tickets and emails. Ive sent them plenty of evidence iam the account holder but they still ignore me. Im using the same ip ive been logging into and gave them info only the account holder would know. Now my emails are being rejected and ive had bannings from the chat with trying to ask for help. It doesnt look like they want me to recover my coins.. They say they send your ticket to the tech team but ive heard that before and had no reply.

Lack of arbitrage trade between sites. Markets can differ, and market forces to elevate those differences got hampered by multiple issues. Mostly withdrawal procedures.
Arbitrage market has been prospering between Mintpal, Crypsty, Bittrex but you know .. most of these sites have exit scammed.
