sometimes, i feel the same way. Being happy or sad is an emotion
. just like most teaching that
being happy is an expression of positive energy while, being sad is an expression of a negative energy. Whichever way both play's an important role to human based on the circumstances for instance,
asking someone who has just lost a loved one to be happy can be humiliating.It's normal or expected of someone who has just lost a loved one to be sad right? In doing this, he or she is properly expressing this negative energy which will last for a moment. It become a problem (other may suggest visiting pschological doctor) if he or she dwell's in this state for longer period.
So, it's normal based on certain circumstances.
Personally, when i'm angry i prefer staying alone (from friend's families ..ecc) and
at same time series a great idea's stream's into my heart when i'm alone.*Just like
one leggendary member has mention earlier. if, you find yourself consistently sad look for a social/physical activities that you enjoy and engage yourself with such activities. i.e watching favorite movies, playing table tenis ..ecc
Engage yourself with most favorite program. To prevent being loneline is important to find someone who enjoy such activities to participate with you.
