When I'm sad, I'm going to bed. And after a dream I feel much better. A good way to trouble-free.
Yes a bit similar with me as well,when i feel sad or i feel alone or even i am in a bad mood i just go to bed and try to sleep and i think its the best solution rather than waking up and just thinking about it because when you wake up again it seems like a new start again and i feel much better.

Sit around, write about it. Didn't do much help. Nowadays I just know it'll get better the more I age as it has. Life's tough sometimes. If you're lucky enough to have really close family and friends, confide in them.

Yes play music is good specially when you stress at your work. It feels good in your body with matching foods. Its food trip. Your loneliness will decrease because positive engaging of your body.
