What do you do when you're sad?

When I'm sad I resort to self-injury. Gets the pain out, all the demons flea from my body. I play heavy metal and think about ym tough childhood.

This is the first time when I have not seen the kind. Perhaps it is really a valid method of expulsion from the sadness of his soul, but it seems to me that it is possible to find more sparing techniques.

I try to face it  up and get over though it's hard

This is a good and positive character trait, but you need to be realistic and then you will understand that all can develop only way you'll get it myself.

When i am sad i eat a lot of food which makes me too lazy ,being lazy i fall asleep it rejuvinates a lot .and then it helps me to study a lot .kudoos
