Hard to say . They do have an ANN thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=871924.20  but not many reviews of successful trades yet. I have seen a lot of other reputed sites which accept requests of an escrow , you could probably request for it by asking them .

By looking for it, it seems they are legit. Maybe nobody here buy from them so there's no review against it from this forum
As long as no one open scam accusations, then nobody will got scam for shopping there

No they won't scam you, as a recent online shop, scamming people is not in their interest.
