Over time, which seems insane now I have roughly had about 5 BTC. Never have I once accumulated more than 1 BTC at a given time though. Unfortunately I have been scammed by PBmining quite some time ago, and never recouped my .8 coins from them:( Not a sob story, just saying don't trust cloud mining services and I will get over 1 BTC this year sometime!

At first glance a thought I was reading a topic from 2020 because of the low percentage of >1 btc holders. Did you know that you can actually buy or earn bitcoins, instead of flooding the forum because of signature campaigns?
Guess that bitcoin really appeals to the, still young, internet generation. Good, so much room for growth!

I don't but I intend to own at least 1 in the future, I have somewhere around 0.5 BTC.
I have some investments in altcoins that I intend to trade in the future. I'm not keen on actually investing more fiat from my daily job just yet, but if prices drop below $200 I would think about it.

The easiest way for the youngsters around here to earn plural bitcoins and more is to work full or part time while staying at your parents house and just keep stacking a percentage of one's weekly wage into bitcoin over the course of a period of time. You'll get a full coin and more way faster than just messing around w/ sig campaigns and gambling.

I had more than 1 btc but recently sold it for good profit. I brought it around 200 range and now waiting for some correction to buy again.

There is money to be made in the alt world. Granted, lots and lots and most of the stuff is a joke, but some projects are worth investing in with at least mid term goals. Maidsafe is an amazing project. I think it's worth investing. I've put half a Bitcoin on there and I'll hold it at least until I go x3. Right now is so undervalued it's amazing.

It's been over four decades since I didn't have at least a disposable $250. The question is really, who is willing to part with their disposable income to buy into a moderately illiquid investment vehicle?

Me. I did exactly that. Bought bitcoin, yes it may be illiquid now, but i`m using it as an investment vehicle. For now my goal is to get more of it. Then when it becomes spendable, then i`ll be rich.

No, I don't have 1 bitcoin. I'll be having one by 2016, hopefully. Well, it depends on the person and how badly they want a bitcoin. Me (for example), I would love to start working, but right now I can't. I'm studying in college, and my parents will not allow me to work and study (not while I live with them, anyways). So making a small amount of money voicing my opinions, posting my analysis of bitcoin and interacting with the fine people here sounds like a pretty sweet deal. I don't like being expected to post at least a certain amount of comments every week/month/etc, so I haven't joined any. But I might look into it.

I could not say it better myself this is the best advice you will get on this thread and possibly forum. I see so much time wasted by people chasing pennies and they have to be youngsters or they would not be able to live. Take advantage of what you have and do as above says or along them lines. OP yes I have a btc

Hopefully that has taught you to stay away from gambling. It is bad news and the only winner is the casino owners. Don't gamble and you will eventually end up with a BTC, keep gambling you may have a btc but it won't last long before lost.
