Can i block translactions under 0.0001 fee?

is it possible to choose which input you send? or will it choose randomly from confirmed inputs?
for example if i have 3 input of 1BTC two confirmed and 1 unconfirmed ; when i want to send 2BTC the will wallet choose the two confirmed ones automatically?

I presume no one knows but bc.i support.  They have answered every question I've asked.  Not always to my liking, but always prompt and sufficent.

im having lots of troubles,everyone who sends me under 0.0001 gets my wallet litteraly blocked,everytime i send btc it wont confirm for 48 hours and later that guy that sended me the btc (with fee that was under 0.0001) gets his money back

You need to use a proper wallet for this, like Bitcoin Core, you activated Coin Control and when setting up a transaction you can simply ignore the unconfirmed output.
