EDIT:

The tavosd syncs up fine in a Windows 7 VM on an Ubuntu host.

The daemon fails to connect in the Windows 7 VM now.

i.e. make a .bat file with this command in there

tavosd.exe --add-peer 58.245.206.38:17451 --add-peer 5.9.23.116:17451

and start the daemon from this.

Anyway, I think our seed node is failing, lemme just fix it.
For now, use others as seeds:

Maybe i didnt read it but, when we get a GUI wallet? We / i are still using the deamon wallet but a normall wallet with a gui (user friendly) would be much better.

Many people in the cryptoworld know something about coins, but after they download a deamon wallet they move away because they dont know how it works (its not hard i know, but with a GUI it's more user friendly)

Great that a wallet with a GUI got ur top priority now, i'm sorry i am not a dev so i can't help with that..
