If you have to send it from an exchange you can do so. Just be sure to send the form in at the same time as your transaction.

I can't sync it either. If I send from an exchange do I add the exchange deposit address or my wallett address to point 1?

How does POW combat inflation? Unless you mean that once HiPOS ends money supply will only grow with 1 coin per block?

By mining 1 coin blocks while people are trying to stake big blocks. If the reward is 2,000 GE for 50 block and POW mines half of them, they've blocked 4,975 coins worth of inflation. Nothing too complex.
