You should have thought of that when prices are at sub 200. As for me, I'm lucky to enter in such a price. The support (I think) is at 275 and probably be staying in there. High hopes in this baby but still I'm being realistic on my goals.

Long-term I think that this is still a great entry price. This thing will be rising just until the halving, that's quite obvious to me at the moment.

Now of course that $220-$230 was a better entry price but you can't blame people that haven't entered with all of the mess about block size increase, XT, etc, that was happening at the time.

Yes, the blocksize debate seemed to made people stop buying for a while.

Correct, buying at this level is a sure thing or area to buy at. If you think BTC is going anywhere, then these prices are no-brainers and $50 either way isn't worth the fuss. Times are coming where $300ish prices are throwback fantasies. That's right I said it.

I agree and this is exactly why I want to invest now. Granted yes it would of been nice to grab them up when they were at a low but that time has passed and I remain a strong supporter of bitcoin so buying at the current rates to me is an investment in something that I feel will return 10x over in the future if all things go right. If it fails oh well but I cannot afford to regret NOT trying.

I'm still a bit hesitant; prices have oscillated between roughly $220 en $300 throughout this year and I'd like to see a convincing and structural breaktrough of the 300-barrier. At least the current rise is supported by positive news-reports.

You and probably a shit ton of other people waiting on the sidelines. I feel as though once we break out of the $300s, things will get parabolic (well, if we break soon and head straight up, it will look pretty parabolic! Smiley )

Indeed. It'll push a lot of still somewhat doubtfull people (like me Grin) over the edge and then a large wave of investments will begin. Though I gotta say I've a modest amount of Bitcoin already in possession in case this rocket burns towards the moon unexpected ...

funny thing is that we already broken through the 300 with the last pump, so even then it might not be guaranteed that we left the infamous range

I'm saying a solid, stable breakout above $316 (2000cny) for a full day or two, and we'll go up fast.

We all had our opportunity. Bitcoin was very long time at $220 - $230 range. But I don't blame anybody that hasn't entered at this range. Block size debate has made Bitcoin very shaky and people have even expected that we would go down to $160 - $180 range.

That being said I think that considering the latest news, Bitcoin has proven that it has bright future. Not that the block size increase debate has been forgotten. I think that this will be solved as well very soon. Of course, this will be reflected with a huge increase in price as well in my opinion.
