huobi -> can't withdraw btc, and no reaction from the support

hey...

is there any other good way to contact the huobi.com support ?
i send some mails at support@huobi.com

but no answer, nothing....  

the problem is, that i need some btc.... and i didn't got the sms on my phone... so i can't confirm the withdraw...

i tried to change the phonenumber, at the new one i got the sms.... but at the old phone nothing.... restartet the phone -> nothing...

the big problem ist, that i need this btc very fast and that threre is no reaction from the support....

Hello bro if you are a chinese i think they do have a phone support as well ,and they do reply late but they do reply.

You might want to try to call them via skype? Just purchase some credits to make the call. Won't cost more than 1 euro for China I think.

Sorry but why do you need sms code to withdraw? You can withdraw it directly without any authy or sms code if you set a quick withdrawal address, didnt you set atleast 1 quick withdrawal address there? Unless you call them directly then you will be left hanging for weeks

If you look at your withdraw tab you can see a quick withdraw address tab as well but to set that you need to use authy + sms. I mean after they fix your problem you should make a quick withdraw address because this is more efficient and you only need to use authy + sms 1x to set the address after that you can withdraw it without any authy or sms

When I first register, the system ask me to set quick withdrawal address that is why I wonder why you dont have a quick withdraw address on your account

but only a computer speaks, and drops the phone of after 44 sec.... grml... 10 euro in skype for nothing.... no btc....

search for user eric@huobi or something. he's active here on BCT - send a PM or check for his skype or some other contact data. he posted them on their thread IIRC
