We all know that there are 2 groups of people, fat and skinny... But, are they?
There are actually 4 groups of people according to BMI and BF. I am sure that some of you here heard about BMI = Body Mass Index and BF = Body Fat. By using this 2 types of measures you can discover in which type of people you belong.
Now about the groups. We have athlete, fit, normal and obese (or fat). According to BF status, those who have BF between 6-13% are Athlete, 14-18% Fit, 19-24% Normal and above 25% you are Obese or fat.
