How did you first hear about bitcoin?

I heard on television a few years ago when the price of bitcoin exploded and there are many television stations that broadcast on bitcoin prices are very high. then I think that it is a profit opportunity

Back when it was released to the public medium in 2009.
Didn't take to it until 2011 though.
I guess I was a late bloomer.

It's very difficult to see the great investment while they are operated with high tech
For some people are lucky since they invest earlier when bitcoin first launch and they able to made major profit recently

i mean computer, cryptography and future economy at that time ,
an early adopter who gamble 50/50 between believe or not get the benefit too ,
i heard nothing in 2009 until in early 2012 someone tell me about how to make money online , i know it first time from a strange people lol.

It does not matter whether you knew about bitcoin when it was released to the public or just found out about, the important thing is when you actually started earning bitcoin, a lot of people including me knew a long time ago about bitcoin but didn’t find a profitable way to make bitcoin no until recently and that makes them forget about it, so telling people or making them know about bitcoin is not enough you have to give them a reason a legit way of earning money through it to make them a valuable bitcoin allay.

Was looking for some passive income while i get to know abuot bitcoin. At that time it was just around 200$. I tried to claim faucets at first and make a good amount of money from faucets and then get to know about some gambling sites tried my luck there but lost all and now i am at those gambling sites

actually where in the same page when I was starting in bitcoin, I did faucets too, were by that time I can't afford to buy bitcoin directly, so I patiently keep all satoshi I collected into faucets until I reach 0.001BTC then trasfer in bitcoin wallet in the exchange then I tried to buy some altcoin then I do trade them and luckily the value has been increase where I am able to sell it in high price.

I did first heard bitcoin is when I clicked an ad on google about earning through internet. And when I read some spoiler about it, I started to learn and google everything about it. That's my journey with bitcoin started and until up to now, I keep on studying and researching a lot of it. I admire those people that just heard it out with their friends.

At first, I heard bitcoin is a digital currency or whatever. It's name does not appeal me and did not even aroused my curiosity about it. I first met bitcoin when I am having my OJT at our dean's office. The staff there doesn't impose much strictness. One of my co-OJT is using this website, I thought that this is just a forum for something and I did not even pay attention.

At some point, I learned that he is earning $400 a week via signature campaigns. That hits me, and had some questions in my mind... How can he earn that much using just his laptop? What is he doing? What is Bitcoin? Due to my curiosity, I began knowing bitcoin and i would like to try what he's doing. And now, I am here

Friend told me about bitcoins maybe a year ago, I didn`t believe him. I thought it is some fun, and that this is just one big scam. Now I`m here also, earning little and I regret cause I didn't believe him right away. It`s sad that except my friend and me nobody else from our friends don`t wish to get more in touch with bitcoins. They have really bad opinion about this and they think all this will collapse soon.

i was earned 0.5 bitcoin weekly from solo mining through several miner hardware ,
that time the price is not reached $1,000 yet so i just get small profit only ,
now i just can imagine if i hold every single bitcoin that time ,
i must be life well now , bitcoin is indeed something profitable if you know very well what to do.

I discover bitcoin last year from my classmates. They were talking aboit bitcoin and I got interested. I asked them to tell me how the bitcoin works. First, they gave me some money to practice in gambling. Then few weeks I asked them to give me some idea about it and they gave link in youtube so that I can watch and know more about bitcoin.

I heard about it in 2011/12 and didn't give much attention. Later, in 2015, a friend showed me the Satoshi's white paper, and we started to read it and to try a way to mine BTC. We soon discovered that the home mining phase was long gone. So we decided to join an online mining pool, but this also was a dead end. At last, we decided just to buy some BTC and wait to see what happens. And here we are in 2017, with good numbers!

I actually heard of bitcoin when it launched and when I traveled and lived overseas for a bit I saw a lot more people talking more and more about it.  In hindsight, I should have bot some coins but I think like a lot of people that was incredible risky but even $500 bet would have made me a multi-millionaire so....guess I should take more risks next time. Is this why all of this altcoins are doing so well?!?!?!

I heard it from my brother. At first I was hesitant because I had so many things to think of and I didn't have any focus at all. But when time comes that I was ready to learn about BTC from him, it urges me to be more interested in whatever the case is. It somehow motivates me and be part of this online campaign of BTC. I'm grateful to him because through him I can be more expressive in my ideas. And, I love writing something.
