I have been paid within 3 days every time I requested a payout. The only problem is it gets sent back to the funding source as a credit. Which is pure shit if you are using a cc to just get a credit put on it. My only issue is I have been waiting on this mastercard from them for over a month now and just keep getting told it was mailed and be patient. Which I'm trying to explain if it was truly mailed on the 12th last month then something is wrong.

It's a good site but needs an entire new team running it. IMO. They are slow or lazy. Both maybe?  But I cut some slack being in the US knowing all our anal rules and regs. I'm sure they are getting some heat from us also.

I'm also willing to bet AT LEAST 50% of the people on here claiming to have not been paid for some reason know the exact reason why they didn't get paid. And the fast one they tried to pull didn't work out. This is bitcointalk after all.

But as I said, I have had no issues receiving my money upon request. Just the method stinks and my MC needs to get here!!!

Alot of people around here didnt do anything wrong but didnt get paid. You might as why? Because they dont intend to keep a long relationship, eventually they will cut it off. I got paid at first and as soon as i make more money using resources such as website and etc, i got suspended. I shown them reports of my traffic, thank god i put analytics on. But then, they ignored me.

So you see, you are getting paid doesn't mean they will screw you up. Maybe next month or this one.

Can someone tell me if this is a real scam?
Want to invest some money
Waiting reply from people that know what is bitgold.

If you wanna take a risk, go ahead.

I would invest on something else and watch this company closely and their activities.

So far from their activities, it doesnt look right.

Today my withdrawal was canceled. I resent the front of both cards used. Still no response. lol.

Even if this company turns out to be legit in the long run I would stay away. They have the worst and slowest service I have ever had. Which is terrible for a company dealing with finances.

EDIT: After a 2nd email today they unsuspended my account.
My withdraw was cancelled too. They said the rate fluctuated too much, so this time I withdrew in grams instead of money. We will know maybe by this weekend or early next week if I get paid back.

rate fluctuations are their problem not yours. it's beyond me how you can run a gold service and not consider price changes. it's like a bitcoin exchange not paying because the price moved...

BitGold: Where we (not you) hedge our bet with bits.

You all should ask this guy questions. I saw him asking questions to a BitGold representative on a thread here and he just couldn't answer. He asked for daily account audit and bitgold rep answered " questions are clearly not serious "
More info: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1059057.20

So it's simple. They are hiding something and ya'll should be aware about it.

Just received the withdraw after many retries of redeeming
Turns out they sent 17$ less than I requested, and they blamed it on transfer fees and wont refund me.
They are a scam operation

They are pathetic liars. They change their ToS accordingly and tell you you didnt comply.

I wish someone would open a class action law suit against them, i would gladly be a part of it.

My withdraw request still not in my bank account. No evidence of there actually being a request other than in my email confirmation.
Balance still there and useable, weird way of doing it IMO

My signup bonus I got it after 60 days and I have also linked my bank account but to withdraw I need minimum of 1 gram so any advice for me here?
Maybe deposit until you get into a gram then withdraw?

Yesterday I have put up a withdrawal request but by mistake I put two times reason I didn't see my withdrawal request in transaction list. But for that they have rejected my request saying multiple withdrawal request. Today I put up again so lets wait and see.

Ik, there is no indication of any withdraw request. I requested, balance not removed or place anywhere, same thing happened to me. They refunded me 17$, but what the hell am I supposed to with that if the transactions cost 17$ to send.
Just wait for bitcoin withdraws (if they ever add it, which takes about 30 minutes to add)

They won't add btc withdrawal anytime soon. They accept btc for now just to stack them in large amount cause btc price will go up. They even keep btc in dubai vault, not any other places . They are shady with every move they make.

Q: I have a question for your Q&A day on Wednesday. I'm thinking you must be aware of the new "Bit Gold" currency where physical gold accounts can be opened and accessed through debit cards just as any bank debit card. What are your thoughts concerning "Bit Gold"? And, when the Banking Holiday hits and all cash machines and cash transaction terminals cease working, won't these "Bit Gold" cards cease to work, also? Your thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Answer: There is no such thing as "Bit Gold." It was simply a marketing gimmick used by conniving bankers to get James Turk's GoldMoney public - which they did this Spring. Once it went public, and they hyped the stock up, they changed the name back to what it has always been, GoldMoney. And lo and behold, the stock has crashed. Not only that, now that it's public, we got a look into its books - to see it is losing money. And by the way, given that Bitcoin - which in my view is yet another scam - has been an utter disaster, why would anyone, or any banker, use it as a selling point? Unless of course, LOL, they actually mean a selling point. GoldMoney has been around for at least a decade. All it is is an un-allocated pool of metal that you can supposedly tap to pay for things. It has never gotten off the ground, and I doubt it ever will. Too complex, and in my view, has a big X on its back due to a) it's competing with fiat currency, and b) it is a relatively large, known pool of metal. And if the banking system collapses, I highly doubt it will save you. Let alone, if computers are down.

Wow look at these brand new accounts created just to defend bitgold.com Roll Eyes.

These desperate attempts saying its legit actually make it look even more of a scam than it did before.

Hi, I am new here and I just joined Bitgold just for the fun of it. I also put in RM1 as a deposit which is a pittance, just to test it out, the legitimacy and everything else. What I always do with new deposit programs is to play with miniscule amounts of money that won't make you feel anything if even you lost it, like you let a small coin fall onto the road and don't where it rolled to. Scam or not, time will tell. But sometimes, it takes a small test to find out. One thing I DO know..if you ever received huge amounts of money from someone you don't really have a reason to receive...well, I would be suspicious of that money. My two cents

Reading this forum you can tell how butt hurt people are that bitgold is doing so well.  If a company with over 1.5 billion in assets and over 350 000 users KYC verified and willfully audited by the worlds top groups is a scam then what isn't lol.  There's no way anyone with a shred of intelligence would say bitgold is a scam.  It just amazes me how dumb and uneducated a small fraction of the bitcoin community can be when they get butt hurt.   Just because Bitcoin is about to be extinct isn't a good enough excuse to play like you're dumber then a snail lol.

I will just ask you to do one thing. Call BitGold and ask them about their daily audit.

Read my last post and explain why if you oppose.

Just because you are paid a few bucks doesn't mean you will ignore what is actually going on. Ofcourse they pay few people like you not that you deserve, but to tackle and talk in their favors in this sorta thread is what you are getting paid for.

Oh, and do not keep your gold gram on your account cause you will be suspended soon, just withdraw it or you will regret later.

Today my request got rejected for.

Your pending bank wire redemption has been unsuccessful as bank charges make this transaction uneconomical. That may be correct, i just tried to see whether i can withdraw or not.

The only I can say about this is that I registered, received an activation e-mail, and on trying to log in, a message saying that my account was cancelled appeared, with no apparent reason.

Perhaps it was because I registered through a proxy.
