There isn't much you can do. You can try and understand how you got stolen so you won't repeat it again... Any clues?

There is a million ways to loose bitcoins... a million ways to get hacked.. and new ones are added all the time.

Trial and error with one's wealth seems like a bad idea.

Yes you can!
You can try not to be robbed again. (But can't get your lost bitcoins back Sad )

First you need to fix your computer. Clean it from viruses.
I think you lost bitcoins because someone stole your unique link & password on rushwallet.

Then do what works. Create and store your private keys using an offline machine with a permanent air-gap. Wallet software like Armory even allows the user to sign transactions with the offline machine. Easy peasy.

If you aren't the sole controller of your private keys, you don't have any bitcoins.

I didn't know that rushwallet service. Tell us more about it, and we'll try to help you understand what happened.
What was the transaction id? Which IP relayed it? It will be next to impossible to get your money back, but you should find data about the transaction used by the thief.

I used to be a citizen and a taxpayer. Those days are long gone.

You can try to track the transaction but you can't charge it back or anything.

You might want to stick to wallets listed on the official bitcoin website.

https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet

I can't say Rush wallet is a scam but its hard to tell if its secure or not...

Regardless, sorry for your losses. Good luck.

ive had my money stolen from my rushwallet, is there anything i can do?

unfortunately since there is no chargeback in bitcoin and transactions are not refundable there is nothing you can do about it.

what you can do is to provide more information about what happened and how it happened because first of all it helped others help you with your issue and also helps others who read your post avoid the same mistakes.

You Crazy ?? you you use Rushwallet it is much hard to manage no information is available except you must save the URL to visit the wallet again.
Nothing can be done for that even support will not help you , iff you have got the URL of the wallet please post so that we can see what actually happened to the coins.

999.999 from those million ways are from users fault

Hows it get stolen? What he do?

i would try to guess, something along the line of...his machine was infected, which is the primarely reason of coin being stolen nowadays

so in this case even a local wallet the outcome would not have been so different

The op has still not given more information, so there is not much else to debate...

The first fault here is probably trusting some shifty online wallet?

There's some at least legit even if not super secure online web wallet that one could use.

A wallet that's created in mere seconds and revolve around a url...

Those bitcoin are gone. Period. You cannot have back those whatever thing you must to do. Important is to not lose others that you may have. For this I suggest to store your bitcoins on cold wallet or online wallet. The best online wallet I know is coinbase. You can have full control of your bitcoins there even this is an online wallet.

No, you cannot. BTC is not like your money from bank. You have to learn that you should keep funds in BTC as much as you can afford to lose...

I am sorry to hear that you have been robbed. Hope that this will not destroy your crypto currency experience and that you will stax with us!

For the future, try to learn from your mistakes and learn how to secure your coins better. There are many options ranging from online wallets to hardware wallets.

If you do it right, trust me that you can secure your Bitcoins very well even if you are not using hardware wallet.
