How do you plan on asking Satoshi anything? The man has been gone/hiding for years. He doesn't want to be found or asked anything mate. I imagine that Gavin could be in contact with him though, if he is then Satoshi probably agrees with increasing the block sizes. I've thought about this myself. When I look at reddit and I see the never ending discussions of devs that cant get their shit together and end up coming up with a solution, I think "I wish Satoshi re-appeared dropping some common sense" but I guess it will never happen. At the end of the day the users will choose what they want by running core, XT or whatever.

The creator is not necessarily better since this is a system based on decentralization, that use consensus.

The Bitcoin created by the genesis block cannot be spent, ever. He could spend from any of his other addresses where Bitcoin from the first several blocks went and were never spent.

Genesis block is already mined. Even the creator could do nothing to it. He only can send message from the bitcoin addresses receiving mining reward for a few initial  blocks.

are you suggesting that if satoshi sends a message from genesis block (his old addresses with old coins in it) then the problems of bitcoin will be solved?!!

or are you trying to say that satishi is no longer working on bitcoin and should come back officially and announce it this ways to fix the problems?!!

He could just contact Gavin or the other developers he knows, and assist with whatever problem he wants fixed. He should never access any of the mined coins or send any

message, this would just intensify the search for him/her/them.

Nope, a quirk in how Bitcoin as a whole works means that the 50 BTC mined from the Genesis block cannot be spent at all.
Even if you have the private key of the receiving address, you cannot send it anywhere.

I see what you are trying to say, but Satoshi doesn't want his really identity to be revealed, that's why he won't be signing any messages as you suggested. This is decentralized project, and I am sure Satoshi believes community will find a solution which the community will eventually do. He doesn't  want that a project like this has 1 leader because eventually this weakens the project. He understands that Bitcoin needs hundreds or thousands of leaders and that's why he won't do as you suggested.
