Australia-W vs West Indies-W, Australia Women tour of West Indies

First t20 game between Australia-W and West Indies-W has finally started after long wait. It began just short while ago and this game is played at Arnos Vale Ground. In start of game, Australia-W team won toss and they elected batting first and gave bowling opportunity to WI-W team batsman. But I think this decision is going against Australia-W team. Their lineup is continue and half of lineup 10 overs have been completed and their batsmen made 57 runs only. Georgia and Phoebe these two main batsmen of Australia-W team which was dismissed and Georgia made 8 runs and Phoebe scored 6 runs only. 2 nd opener batsmen Beth is still playing their turn and her effort looks very brilliant and she make 38 runs in 33 balls. Australia women did not do well in the first 10 overs, because in the first 10 overs, Australia women scored only 57 runs but they did well in the next 10 overs and in the last 10 overs, they scored 107 runs. Beth Mooney performed brilliantly and she played a brilliant innings of 79 runs off 55 balls, Ellyse Perry scored 36 runs off 32 balls, besides the performance of other batsmen was not good. Anyway, the target of 165 runs is not very big, but I would not call it a bad target. West Indies women came out to bat with the aim of winning and so far they have scored 84 runs for the loss of 4 wicket in 15 overs. West Indies women did well till 11 overs. The MCC (Marylebone Cricket Club) has announced a T20 series against both men's and women's teams from European U23 associate teams. Squads have been announced as well. ICC Europe Men’s U23 XI Squad consists of a few similar names, such as Gustav Mckeon (France), Vukašin Zimonjić (Serbia) and Sebastian Hughes-Pinan (Spain). The women's team consists of players including Wilhelmina Hornero-Garcia (Germany), Phebe Molkenboer (Netherlands) and Grace Wetherall (Jersey). MCC will be playing a total of 4 matches against the men's team and two against the women's team.

The first two matches have confirmed that these New Zealand grounds are not conducive to batsmen. In both the matches, we saw at least one innings of less than 120 runs. In the first innings of the second match, we saw a big run, but it was entirely based on Devon Conway's 60. Moreover, no player has been able to make a big collection in this series so far. The 5-match T20 series is now tied at 1-1, and the third match is also going to be a low-scoring match where not many runs will be seen.

New Zealand got the upper hand early, because the way htey are defending runs right now is really great and I think to make this change from bat to bowl has been very good for them so far in the game, 4 to 5 overs has done and the batsmen are struggling to run even between the wicket at this stage only a boundary can stable the situation.

In fact, not just a single boundary, they need 2 to 3 in a row so that they can have momentum back. By the way, they already lost 2 wickets of Wiaan Mulder and Connor Esterhuizen. This is a big blow to the South African team.

Yes, Australia-W team did not perform good in first 10 overs but Beth effort was very helpful and she made brilliant half century 79 runs in 55 balls and hitted seven 4s and two 6s. Beth got player of game award at end of this 1 st game because her batting contribution was outstanding and helpful. Ellyse also batted well with Beth and she scored 36 runs in 32 balls and hittted two 4s and one 6s. Qiana batsmen of WI-W team showed good effort and she made 45 runs but mostly batsman lost wickets at 0 runs. Alana bowled out 3 wickets in 4 overs and gave 14 runs. WI-W team did not chase all runs and lost 1 st game by 43 runs margin. Congratulations Australia-W team on 1 st win and lets see how WI-W team will perform in next games.

Undoubtedly Salman Ali Agha always fulfills the duty of being a captain and gives the team winning in every series but this time he could not achieve success against Bangladesh but this is not Salman Ali Agha fault either the rest of the batsmen could not support each other the entire batting depends on the first 6 batsmen if they get out the rest of the batsmen come under pressure.Something similar happened with the Pakistan team. The last batsmen could not do anything but still Shaheen Shah Afridi played some role if he had stayed on the field for a little longer the 14 runs needed would have been achieved because after Salman Shaheen Shah Afridi controlled the score but in this too we should support Pakistan so that they can learn from their mistakes and win the upcoming series.

Usually Pakistani team perform strongly whenever it play against Bangladesh. But situation is different in this match. Bangladesh played very well, target of 290 runs was not a big total but made it difficult or challenging for the rival is their great achievement. Taskin Ahmed played a vitol role by taking 4 wickets. He even succeeded to get the very crucial wickets of Salman agha. After Salman no player added handsome scores in total. Although,Pakistan were very near to the chase, at once it was felt that Pakistan might be successfully reach the target but unfortunately, they were failed to maintain the wickets. I personally feel that Pakistani batsman were poor in reading the bowling attack. That's become the reason of their failure.However Bangladesh gave the defeat to Pakistan and made their image strong with their impressive performance in this contest.

Pakistan has a positive stat about the Bangladesh but this time conditions is different because on home conditions Bangladesh gives the strong target 290 runs and with good mindset they can beat the Pakistan. And the main key is Taskin Ahmad in bowling who takes four wickets early on and also dismissed the best Batsmen of Pakistan like Salman Ali Agha so after this seen pakistan lost the momentum and all the team was panicked. But no Doubt Pakistan played Well but at the end of the game its turn towards the Pakistan but
at last Pakistan don't chase the target. In the game Pakistan almost won the game but the poor ball setup can the reason behind the losing of the game. The win against Pakistan by Bangladesh is the sign of hard working and improving skills in international .

Cricket Ireland has come up with a plan to launch the Euro Nations Cup. According to Brian MacNeice, this tournament may start as soon as 2027. Apart from Ireland and England, it will witness the participation from Scotland, the Netherlands and Italy. Matches will be played in T20I format, and will involve both men's and women's tournament. IMO, this is a good initiative. ACC first started a few decades ago, in the form of Asia Cup. And it has been a massive success. Euro Cup should have been launched many years ago, but it is never too late for these sort of initiatives.

The last match was worth to watch, both teams played extremely well. Pakistani openers failed to gives good start and we have seen so many times that bad start of opening put team in pressure especially when you chasing a big target in ODI. Abdul Samad And ghouri gives some hopes and it is very good for Pakistan Team that new players playing a good cricket in such a crucial stage. Salman Ali Agha was no doubt a key player in that match but unfortunately could not able to win the match. When Shaheen hits mind blowing sixes,The hope rises but last over was so good...

This is an excellent initiative indeed. I never watched many of these teams play before until the recently concluded T20 World Cup and I was throughly impressed by some of them(Especially Italy) who proved that aren't just great at playing Soccer.

I would be interested in watching England vs the rest. Viewership might be low though considering the fact that India, Australia etc wouldn't be involved.

Is it same league where ashwin and one more indian cricketer ( idk name) end up buying franchise?

In a long run, this could be a fine base for EURO cup, similar as Asia Cup given they keep an eye on spot/match fixing, atleast at start.
