Exactly. Every Affiliate network has this on their ToS and your account could get terminated if they find out that you're paying people to sign up and it would be fishy if your account has some high conversions.

Does it work that way? The network allows incentive. That's the reason why I won't pay each one that joins and completes a survey. Only one wins. They don't allow cash incentive.. but points, virtual currency, goods, ebooks are fine.

That is not giveaway we have to do some offers there to unlock the page so the title is totally misleading,
make it correct because that offers are very complicated to do.
