Why do people still play dice?

What do you find fun about playing virtual dice? I mean you are just looking at the screen watching a random number appear, i can't seem to understand how that can be fun for people, besides the obvious reason which is to win money.

I used to play dice because i thought i could make profit, stable profit from it, obviously i was wrong, you can't win in the long term, that was my only purpose of playing dice, other than that i do not find it fun or entertaining unless im winning money, i would not play dice if money was not involved, so my question is, why people still play? Im sure 90% of people know what your odds are and that strategies don't work, what is their purpose? Do you guys really have fun playing dice? Watching a number appear on the screen?

I played satoshidice two-three times and had won two times (if I remember right) and lost one. The lost one was bigger than the other two win. So the end was excellent. Why I played dice? To try something new and to win (had the hope to win). Tried the fortune lost all my curiosity and never played again. But are people that don't stop. They had the game in their blood. I think they are sick and must be cured. No one can win in dice. The owner have build the game to win himself and not the players.

Dead simple game. Low edge when compared to other games. Possibility of changing your life with a single roll.

You played @ the long term so expect a lose. Me like I said Im playing for fun which means those amount that I bet is those amount that I can afford to lose. Im not playing for a long time , when I hit big I will take a rest then back again after a day.

of course its fun when there a chance to win money by changing percentage. But yea its not fun when losing money. Well thats for me. Excited about dice. I prefer dice over than other games like poker or slot.

Yes you dont need analysis but you need some strategy to win this and good bankroll to increase your chance of winning, without luck and enough bankroll I dont think you will get much profit in dice game

Not sometimes but in dice you always need some good strategy to get some profit, whethere you are lucky or not you will earn some profit before you are busted so careful when you set a strategy because you need a lot of bitcoin to try it out

Everybody has right to play the dice or not. Everybody know the risk for playing dice and know how to verify every bet to check whenever your bet is being cheated by house or not.

Funny that there is still a need for this thread despite that you do know the obvious reason already. Most people play every single type of gambling for the sole entertainment or profit which is the major reason for that.
Some people find it fun to play on a dice sites and you dont which is not a problem because it is a matter of personal perspective. On the other hand, not everyone play in dice sites to get profit, most just play a small amount and spend time on the chatroom to chat
