I believe why they still play dice is because dice is a simple and easy gambling tool, Compared to those games with complex rule, dice is easy and fast, you know some people are just gamblers.

I gambled a bit when I was using faucets just to see what bitcoin was about, but that went on for a few weeks maybe and then I stopped.  It was fun for awhile, but as you said, long term the odds are against you.  It's not even really fun for me anymore either.  I'd rather go outside

As people have said in this thread repeatedly, the biggest selling points of dice game are its simplicity and low house edge, which make it attractive to casual gamblers.

The only gambling sites I know that have chat box are dice sites. I think it explains a lot, you chat and have fun and wants to go back and lose bet more

At the end of the day, some people see it as a form of entertainment. The less smart of those think that they can make a bit of money by playing it smart, which you technically can, but the trouble is most of those people who think they can play it smart don't play it smart and lose all their money

I used to play dice because i thought i could make profit, stable profit from it, obviously i was wrong, you can't win in the long term, that was my only purpose of playing dice, other than that i do not find it fun or entertaining unless im winning money, i would not play dice if money was not involved, so my question is, why people still play? If you think you can earn stable amount of money from playing in casino, think again. It is not gonna happen, definitely not with Dice.
I heard about pro poker players or incredibly skilled blackjack players who earned quite a bit money from playing in casinos,
but this is impossible with pure gamble game like Dice. Dice is simple, that is the main point a lot of people are playing it everyday.

Yes its true dice is easy and you can test your strategy there too, but I dont think other games will be that complex too because they will make the game as simple as people want to attract people

You are correct on this point.
Most of the gambling sites don't allow you to use bots when gambling except  for dice.

I have not played dice for a few months now, like you I used to like it because I could win some money but when you lose which you will, that out ways the winning good feeling that occasionally comes your way.

My guess is some don't understand that you will lose over time, some feel they will find a flaw and win big etc etc a lot might even have fun however hard that is for me to see.

No fun in it for me anymore, to simple and boring when you are not winning.

This question all relates to why do people gamble? I think everyone wants to earn ("free") money, right? Some of us are willing to pay for a chance to get more money, thus some of us are willing to gambling. Others are not, although they buy lottery tickets etcetera. And others are not willing to pay something (for a chance to win money).

And why people play dice in specific, I think because dice games are well known and quite easy to understand. (Online poker takes more knowledge for example). And, many dice websites can proove they're legit and fair. The reason why people use BTC for this gambling is because it's really easy, isn't it? I can't imagine a faster way gamble online than with using BTC for this. It works great on websites like Primedice.

Yea, that's the thing. People always want free money, I once got around 2 BTC from 0.4 BTC, but then lost it all. People won't stop with profit until they lose, and that's really bad. I don't play dice, it's kinda boring. I gamble daily on LuckyB.it and still have profit.. it depends mainly on your luck and greed.
