As someone who has played dice since the good old MMORPG dice days all I can say is: It is fun, easy and quick! What comes to the  "odds are against you" part all I can say is that as long as you just try to have fun and not chase any losses you are going to be fine. <--- the opposite of what I do but I still love dice!

Sometimes I can't control my greed against my will to make some profit. But I'm admit that playing dice is simple to understand rather than cards. Also the house edge is lower than a casino

Sorry to think the opposite to you and sorry to tell this because can be taken as a teach for you. This is not my intent. Ma post is only for the beginners who read for the first time this kind of posts. Dice and any kind of gambling cannot be never good. It is bad to tell that the dice is good. That's because playing dice is mathematically unsustainable and you cannot win in the long run. It's just pure mathematics. The thing with dice, and I see this with many examples, you have users that first win decent amounts, and they get encouraged to play even more and win more.
