He says it himself.  It's just another method to milk his community of BTC.  Well, it USED to be anyway, hard to do now with <1 btc/24 hr volumes 

I also see he's still deleting user comments in his moderated thread.  He won't address criticism and hides from harsh but objective questions and comments (which will earn you a ban from his thread btw).

He'll walk away soon enough when the one or two people still posting in his thread quit, with VIRAL dying a volumeless death on bittrex.  Remember, shyster fatmax made a 100 or so BTC from the ICO.
