This question belongs to Meta

Anyways, to have green trust you basically have to receive a positive feedback by someone on the default trust list. Either by trading successfully with them, disclosing scams or doing something beneficial for the forums.

You have a thread where most of the trust settings are explained here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=211858.0
If you go to https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust you can see the list of people from default trust, which need to add you to their list in order to get green trust.
Note that many people use the default trust depth 2, and if you modify this, and/or add people to your trust list, you may see trust differently than other people.
