Is this something what you guys consider as marketing? I'd suggest to read at least the Marketing for dummies (http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=marketing+for+dummies&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Amarketing+for+dummies)

Most people will think that that this is a fake story, in addition the storyline have some negative connotations (ignoring GFs needs for a few bucks more or "if you get into monero you will lose your mind and going to spend all your money on this stuff", etc.)... :/

Even sending funny pictures about a cat or a puppy in a monero hat would be better than this.

We figured out we were going to have a little extra money at the end of the month, and she suggested that maybe we should put it towards a TV.  You saw my response: that it's a crucial time and we should be saving all we can.  Being a supportive girl, she agreed.

I already told this before, please refrain from starting new Monero threads in the altcoin section. We have our own speculation and ANN thread which are sufficient. I, as a Monero supporters, am getting quite annoyed by all these threads and I certainly know that many others are getting annoyed as well. So please follow this advice. I know you meant good, but this is only hurting XMR, not benefiting it.
