https://www.circle.com will allow you to do this. I believe it's treated as a cash advance, which may have a different interest rate, depending on your card.

There is Virwox which accepts credit cards also however the fees may be little bit high .
And you should wait sometime for the first deposit too , and there is limit on deposit unless you upgrade on levels with time however there isn't ID verification and this kind of stuff like other exchanges which I find it good .

Using a stolen credit card or something? Why can't you verify your identity when you're already giving them your full name and credit card info?

would only take a few minutes to take a selfie holding your ID and card. they'll even allow you to block out more sensitive information.
