No, it will become open source, which means everyone can use it.

But even when someone tips 0.02 or so, it would still be cheaper than having to buy a bot or a licence for such a bot individually.

How does he get around the IP ban problem?

With one request per 2 seconds. The forum allows 1 request per second but 2 are safer. Can be changed in script anyway.

In case the bot can not load one page it will throw an error.
