user quetzalcoatll scammed me and maybe some more.

his last posting was  November 30, 2014 but he is almost every day active on BCT

it looks that he is contacting the users here by PM as he did with me.

he contacted me with I have to say a very convincing work history and that
he can deliver what I am looking for.

we connected on skype and had many sessions and he was always talking but not
delivering what he promised. for the project idea we needed a designer and he proposed a designer
who is working with him in the same company (company name will be published here and also the skype
conversation to prove my claim if he will not respond in thread )
he asked me to pay the designer in USD because designer is not a bitcoin lover. so we agreed that I
will send user quetzalcoatll the USD in BTC and that is what I did

there never was a designer he just took the 0.8

he always disappeared and was in Egypt and was not available then he promised to send me
the BTC he took for the designer but he needs to buy some BTC

I gave him every chance to deliver the promised project but nothing helped.
and yesterday he cut me off skype and therefore I decided to open a scam accusation.

I will give him the chance to send me the coins back and close my scam accusation

in case that he will not be wise enough to pay it back I still have the option to contact hi company
to explain my case.

You can post the Skype conversation so it won't be that you are just claiming that he scammed you without evidence.

I would also exercise caution when deciding to post his work info. Unless you were able to independently verify what he was claiming was true then there is a good chance that it was not.

You won't get your money back, don't trust his linkedin profile, it's fake or bought account. Better to post the conversation log.

This is not true, I didn't scammed him.

I already send him project source code (before 7-10 days) because I don't have time to finish project and he will find other developer to finish this task, he can confirm that or I will publish here bitbucket link, it's a private repository, but I can change that.

He sent 0.8btc to me for backend, for source code on bitbucket, not for design, he already have done designs for project, I will publish both designs (html/css) that he sent to me. So if he already had two similar designs for project from two different designers, why he need third design from me or my friend ? Maybe because he don't telling the truth ?

You will contact my company and you will tell them that you already have two similar designs, but you wanted third design and you send BTC to guy who is penetration tester and back-end developer to do that, seriously ?

The screencap clearly shows that he accused you of lying and he said that he got a proof that he had asked you to find another developer (references below ) . While on the other hand you insisted that he is the one lying about this thing and have the proof of him lying, that lead to two different story and there is no way to judge this if neither one of you provide a proof for your claim.

However providing the skype conversation as well as the other proof will means that you are leaking an idea about your ongoing project that could resulted in someone stealing it. Instead of providing this then I would suggest to make a contact through the company to solve this in a good manner rather than pointing guns to each another's head and  risking the project

Cant we just back to a very civilized society where everyone has no ill thoughts? this is becoming more and more like the wild west. This is actually funny to see someone accuse me of something weird when Im just asking for a legit question

If there is no harm to the ongoing project then you could post the skype conversation so everyone can judge who is "guilty" on this . At this moment there will be no conclusion if both party remain silent without any proof but only pointing fingers to each another.

This guy also promoted lotto with nokia lumia as a prize, can't find the thread anymore. Probably mod has deleted it. I've tried to call the number he provided in who.is, but unreachable.
if he scammed you, i think there is nothing you can do since I think all of his info is fake.
