To be honest, without any error checking, I am not able to go further. As any answer could be totally wrong. And we could just be barking up the wrong tree trying to think of another solution when we already have the right one.

OP, I think it would be useful for you to confirm when we have found the right solution for any question.

any riddle solvers want to take a crack at http://varietyjones.com/games.html ? Compare answers or brainstorm?

I've been working on these. It takes a long time to check the answers against Electrum.

The only thing I could come up with, based off of the google docs about 100 posts ago, was 5Juu22CkB3EAaBpNAaBpEcyH9dypNhDN8fZLN8oZDZ8fXgh6Rqgh6RQwwbo5jeBa6jeBafhhDo6hhDo fjaBe6jAbe6jaBa6jABa6dRNoTt and that is not correct.

UPDATE: I tried moving things around, and cutting out the extra groups of 5 letters in the google docs 150 posts ago, I got 5Juu22CkB3EAaBpEcyH9dypNhDN8fZgh6Rqwwbo5jeBa6dRNoTt, which seems to be a private key for 12DpX8duvEPZ1aDFB22dFinUeDYirtfQoj, but it has no bitcoins on it, so im guessing we move some things around.

I could make something out of it after some trials, but I also found the same privkey for what Yoshi24517 found: 12DpX8duvEPZ1aDFB22dFinUeDYirtfQo no bitcoins in it though. Ugh I guess I couldn't solve this one alone. Anyone else here got some pieces of clues you found? We can stick our ideas together and split the winnings between us. Wink

What is up with the 100 and 150 posts? I don't get that part.

There are so many possibilities if we even have the case of some letters wrong.. We need to be sure the parts of 5 are correct. Than order is just a matter of trying.

I got 5Juu22CkB3EAaBpEcyH9dypNhDN8fZgh6Rqwwbo5jeBa6dRNoTt, which seems to be a private key for 12DpX8duvEPZ1aDFB22dFinUeDYirtfQoj,

I also found the same privkey for what Yoshi24517 found: 12DpX8duvEPZ1aDFB22dFinUeDYirtfQo
- snip -

I think you are both mistaken.  5Juu22CkB3EAaBpEcyH9dypNhDN8fZgh6Rqwwbo5jeBa6dRNoTt is NOT the private key for 12DpX8duvEPZ1aDFB22dFinUeDYirtfQoj.  It is not a valid WIF private key at all:

I just plugged it into my wallet for blockchain.info and it gave me that. I have figured out at least that there are 120 different possibilities for the private key. I've already gone through 50 of them and so far they all lead to bitcoin wallets with no bitcoins in them. I'm still checking though. There may be more possibilities. I just don't know.

Is there no way to brute force the combination? Maybe with the tool that was posted before? Should be easier than doing it manually..
