Following your thoughts found a strange key that results into 13KbLkQaYDCSipkcfZ4poNtMEfbRsSv6aY. I am not sure that this is relevant, because IIRC resulting key must be a key for announced address. Tried millions variants too, got nothing.

guys sad to say this but after spending a lot of hours un this I just found that he is just fooling us there is nothing in this..and this is the answer even in his 2 and 5 number he clearly stated it too

I do not think so. I find the puzzle/cipher very interesting. Although it would be good to win the prize, but it has been quite fun joining the group effort.
I still think the answer is still waiting for us...
