@Avirunes good point about Norwich but this form is sure to burst as all streaks eventually do. Remember Norwich have so many players injured so either they get their 1st players back,,, or their current players learn to play better and better together. They are a great team with a lot of passionate supporters.

I know that streaks do break at one point but like you said they are having lots of injured players I don't think this is gonna be a change. Their regular goalkeeper Tim Krul joins the injury list while Tettey is also a new addition to questionable list with groin injury.

1 upset is sure to happen. Is it Spurs? Chelsea? Maybe even City?

I fear that Spurs might get an upset against Southampton but could be a draw also. On other hand, I am expecting Chelsea to perform good this round and come out with a win. Brighton is not looking good at the moment so it is a good chance for the Blues to score some points on the table.

I'm not sure United can perform well against Arsenal at home, United always struggling to score goals against any team.
in other words arsenal has the potential to win this match, because their last few matches were better than United.

I think Liverpool is the team who gonna get the taste of tough competition this week. They are facing Shef United this week and Shef should not be taken lightly at all. I still think Liverpool will manage to win the game but the goal difference would be one goal at max.

I think it would be great to see Chelsea getting a win against Manchester United, as this would be good for Lampard's morale and for the players' as well.
Liverpool won't have any difficulty against Arsenal.

I hope Chelsea also get that victory. Because I think United have not been at the point of their best performance, with the condition of United States now, Chelsea might be able to take advantage of this situation. Unlike Liverpool, they will win even if their opponents can complicate it.

Manchester United beat Chelsea 4 - 0 on the opening day, and I’m sure they’ll beat Chelsea again by a big margin. While Chelsea has been performing way better than anyone could have anticipated, I yet feel they’ll be under lots of pressure when they face Manchester United in the fourth round. Anyone planning to gamble on Manchester United vs Arsenal, it’ll be a low scoring game so I’m having second thoughts about placing a bet.

I'm not betting on it but I can see it being low scoring. 1-1 or maybe even goalless. On the other hand though I wouldn't be surprised if it's a goalfest as both teams are unpredictable right now. I think if United lose though Solksjar will be in big trouble. How long can he go on losing, especially at home???

Anyone that plans to wager any money on that match plays with fire. It's hard to expect anything expectable from this teams. They are inconsistent, they have too many weaknesses, they lack in every aspect of the game. It's no surprise that they are laughing stock of the league.

October is gonna be a very hard month for Manchester Utd. They have to face Arsenal and Tottenham in EPL and Chelsea in EFL. While those teams are not running in that much of a good form but Manchester Utd is having the form far worse than them. I even have doubts against Newcastle and Norwich fixtures.

I am very certain that we can get some victory from the Arsenal game especially since we are playing the game from Old Trafford and we will be facing Liverpool instead Tottenham Hotspurs during the month of October and we will undoubtedly lose that game considering that we are going to be playing at anfield.

They lost to both Crystal Palace and Cardiff City at Old Trafford this season. I don't see Arsenal winning but it could be close and I'd go for a draw if I was betting as Arsenal are playing better than United right now.

They got their 16th straight pl win second most in the leagues history with this one.
And they nearly ended in a draw at the 86th minute. Someone from the sheffield side making their debt with the squad almost scoring when he was set off alone but put it passed the uprights.
That would of been a disaster for lfc.

Tottenham just gave away a terrible goal to southampton with a miscue from the goal keeper just giving it up when he was trying to clear it in the box.

Croatian media reports say as many as 2 Croats could play in Manchester since January, Rakitic and Mandjukic.

Atleast they scored some points on the table instead of losing or drawing. They are still leading the table with a good lead over the other teams coming after them on the table.

Sheffield also played good to be honest.

As the league is proceeding, the honeymoon days of Liverpool are coming to end. Matchday 11 to matchday 20 are most important matches in any league. Clubs usually become less attentive in these matches and table shuffles very much. After 20 matches, it is usually hard for clubs to recover their positions. I think Liverpool will win only 6-7 matches during this period and may slip to second or third position.

Goal for this week has been achieved. Liverpool is still undefeated. We won today against Sheff Utd but it was very close. I was expecting a 3 - 0 though. Anyway, reviling that we did not lose any points.

You can't expect a team like Barcelona to keep up the amazing run they have for forever, I mean they still beat Liverpool the eventual champions 3-0 last year but had a bad game after that, which means they were super close to finals and if they went to finals I am 100% sure they would have won as well. That is why Barcelona is still good but they are getting older and they can't just replace someone like Messi right away, dude was an insane player and still is which means it s very rare you get to see players that talented play on this stage, how many Messi/Ronaldo like players came up ever since they started playing?

There are tons of talented players but none of them are as good as those two. So, it will become like a tough challenge to keep increasing many players (or transfer them) to replace other positions with better players so that the come down from Messi to another player wouldn't hurt the team too much.

keep in mind this has not been half a season, in my opinion it can not be used as a benchmark as a league winner.
the other team still has a lot of time and opportunity to their improve performance.  but whether LFC will continue to guarantee their performance to the end.

This was just one of those days when whole team plays bad, including their best players, it happens. What is important though, is that Liverpool took 3 points, and they continue having perfect score. No one will remember today's performance in a few weeks.

In the end, this just shows me that this team is matured and ready to become EPL champion, as even when they are not playing best, they still keep winning, and that's trait of champions.

Not disappointing, more precisely is unsatisfactory. But it cannot be denied, Sheff Utd also gave a good resistance to Liverpool. With minimal results, that does not mean Liverpool play poorly. They have done their best and won even if it was just one goal.

Pukki this guy is on beast mode! Can't stop scoring against big clubs like liverpool, chelsea and Manchester city ... but if you look at the last 4 matches which 3 of them a mediocre/ small clubs like west ham, Crawley and Burnley... he failed to score and the team lost the game.

Norwich aren't able to score in away games so far in EPL while on other hand Crystal Palace is defensively doing well in home so will be ahrd for Norwich to score.

Is the hype stopped already now? Let's see ... I don't like putting a bet on goal scorer side , but it seems people getting attracted these days especially when fj holding an event to predict the goal scorers.

You don't get something like that to participate for free very often. Prize money is enticing tho plus its not like you have to go through and select 10 out of 10 goal scorers to win the main prize.

I'm not watching Norwich playing as Chelsea is my priority   ... as predicted before norwich is sucks at away game , this is their fourth away game yet failed to score again, not sure what's wrong with them.

However finally kepa got his first clean sheet this season after 9 matches in all competitions , gosh my heart beating fast everytime the opponent approaching Chelsea's penalty area idk .. still have a doubt on Christensen and tomori duo.
