Chelsea with a very good turnaround and Arsenal looking worse for wear at the moment while Liverpool still keeping that unbeaten title by seeing off Wolves 1-0 which Wolves will be feeling hard done by because of their ruled out goal which was struck off after being a few mm offside.

What do you guys think about this VAR nonsense? I think its good in certain scenarios but these rules of discounting a goal if its 1mm offside is ridiculous. I think the old rules of allowing the attacker to have an advantage should still be applied. Wolves were robbed today.

Man City looking bad at the moment with a disallowed goal which was probably offside but it required a VAR call and they have not looked great in the game. I think we could be seeing another upset on the cards today.

Liverpool as expected, won the game, although my prediction was wrong with the final score. BTW Nice record for them.

Thank you and seems like you won your 2nd bet too. It was not easy win for Liverpool but eventually they managed to hold the lead from the first half and finished the match by 1 - 0. Good to have the full 3 points again and now they have 13 points leads than Leicester with having one more match in hand. There are no more missing the title for this season.

The City match is still goalless in the half time but City should win this match or at-least a draw. Whatever the final result will be, it's not going to be easy for City. Very tough match so far for them.

It's so freaking annoying when they have to measure offsides by millimeters  It's totally killing the beautiful game because everytime someone scores players and fans a like are not even sure whether to celebrate the goal or not because they think that VAR will come up shortly with the mm measurements.

I think mm close calls should just be left alone and not be counted as offsides. L

It was truly a tense match for both teams. Because Wolves gave fierce resistance to Liverpool, thankfully mane could make the only goal in the match, whereas Wolves also made a goal but the goal was annulled by the referee. So that Liverpool again get a victory that makes it solid at the top of the standings.

Arsenal lost but their game looks better. They still need to find better players to strengthen their defenses. They got a bit unlucky because of Leno's mistake, and obviously Mustafi didn't play that well.

They should keep pressing high on the 2nd half to squeeze Chelsea out. If they keep playing like this, finishing in the top 8 is still possible imo.

Arsenal too long struggling in the middle of the board so mentally playing to win they still do not have. Arteta needs time to build the confidence of the players plus they have to buy some defenders. Their problems are almost similar to Tottenham's defense lines which are easily crossed by opposing attackers or in other words they are easily conceded

I don’t think Liverpool is a concern to anyone this year as they have already won the Premier League title.Their focus on the second half of the season will be more in the Champions League as for the Premier League they are comfortably ahead and there is no real competition to their lead.

Arsenal has good attack and bad defend because that's a problem Arteta wants to continue to recruit more defender like Gabriel Magalhaes from brazil, Dayot Upamecano , Nathan Ake from Bournemouth and more defenders.

Sadio Mane's single goal is one of Liverpool's saviors, I see from last night's game Wolves continued to attack at Liverpool in Leicester appeal yesterday which was increasingly depressed.
So Wolves are good enough to fight a big team and are almost able to keep up.
The classification is getting away from other clubs Liverpool is currently still the king of the EPL.

I think what Mourinho said few months ago were right.

'Playing a good football and satisfy the fans but the result lost can be dangerous'
Arsenal could be in that situation when people praises the performance but a little bit ignoring the result, that's dangerous, they could be used to get losses and that's okay for them then forgot they have to chase the title lol.
Unexpected comeback, I thought my team would ended with a heavy lost after a really bad start , but when I watch the second half when all the players seems got a boosted/motivated in the changing room... they are dominated completely the next 45 minutes.
A draw is fair , but they have us better result with a superb comeback!

13 points is probably the biggest any team has had as a lead in any season I can remember,,, but remember, all it takes is one bad patch of 3 or 4 losses to happen and the gap will reduce. In fact City had one bad patch last season if I recall where they lost and drew 3 games in a row. The psychological impact of let us say dropping 7 points in 3 games, it can be huge. 13 points becomes 6 and City still have to meet Liverpool again!

Doesn't look so good for you at the moment

Chelsea was doing so well for quite some time and I thought this bet is mine for sure. Then came few losses against week teams without scoring a goal and I started to worry a bit. Then came Arsenal game and Chelsea is playing like shit in first half and loosing 1:0. Here I thought, is it possible he will get sacked few days before our deadline. After turning that one over I am even confident enough to write this post and try to challenge my luck.

So yeah. 13 points at halfway of the season. 55 points in the bag and the record is 100 points by City. To match that, Liverpool have to win the next 15 games so they can actually lose 4 games and still win it at the record (but winning 15 is such a feat already).

They have Champions League, they have FA Cup left to fight for too.

We will see Liverpool's game in the future if 15 matches win perfectly then this will be a good team in the world even in the EPL itself, this season, for liverpool, I believe Klopp will win the EPL, UCL and FA might be the tribble winners.
