It would be better to sack the administration and install a transitional one from the board themselves until the issue is solved while allowing the players to play as a team.

AFAIK, UEFA would not be acting within the ambits of their authority if they attempt to sack the administration. The club is a business and money changes hands for shares to be bought, they can not interfere in the personal business of the club.
It's a bit heavy-handed but restricting them from competing in the UEFA champions league is one of the only ways they can be penalized for their actions, it's the effect on the players is ineluctable.
It's similar to when the club is instructed to okay behind closed doors, it reduces revenues from ticket sales, which affects the management, but also restricts fans from watching their favorite team play.

I still have a lot of doubts about who I should bet on, but I can't help laughing to see what will happen if Totenham loses in that game. On the one hand we have an Aston villa that will strive to win because if they lose they will be ranked very low and that is not good for them. While on the other side we have tottenham that will try hard to win the game because they need to be in the first four places. It will be a very interesting game to see

You do not see how Tottenham's reaction at this time they continue to ambitious to win in the last 2 matches, let alone this will deal with Aston Villa, I think it's easy for him.
Spurs will continue to pursue the above points in order to remain in the CL qualification next season so they will continue to be ambitious.
I'm sure betting on Spurs will be better than 2.5gol.

That has been my suggestion right from the onset, Pep ideology isn't impacting the team any longer therefore there isn't any need for him to stay at Manchester city for another season irrespective of the ban or not and obviously the ban will motivate his departure.

The ban yes, could well and truly mean city losing pep Guardiola and maybe even one or two key players, but don't you think people are too quick to forget about the good things pep has done in the last two seasons, he has had two terrific and superb past two seasons with city, and yes they have really messed up this season, it's still too early to say his ideology no longer works, pep is a fighter and he can always bounce back, this season could even still end in a not so terrible note for them.

There are a lot of uncertainties right now, especially due to this ban, what's next for city, what if their appeal fails, this is enough to keep city on the backfoot for seasons to come, it's a real psychological blow for them. Will pep leave, will city splash the cash this summer, etc etc.

The EPL is in very trying times with this ban on manchester city in UCL and tottenham jose's job on the line if they somehow manage to lose to aston villa tomorrow.

Manchester city spent all this money on their roster yet they lay so horribly. I am very surprised to see them where they are on the table.
Liverpool on the other hand have focus and honed in on players. They know how to make their skills grow without having to keep throwing money and emptying their clubs wallet in doing so.

I heard about the City thing this morning, I can't believe they did something like that and didn't even get anything proper in champions league, I mean they won one premier league thanks to it but I am pretty sure what they have lost here right now will cost them more than what premier league championship probably made them.

No European cups, no nothing and they will also pay a hefty penalty, on top of that it is said maybe even deduction of points at the start of the next season, I do not think they will be sent down a league, that would be way too much of a reaction, I doubt they will even have a point deduction next season, they will probably just pay a good penalty like god knows how many millions of dollars and continue.

This should be a lesson for everyone, city broke the rules and has one premier league, Liverpool didn't spend money at all, an average of 20 million dollars a year since Klopp came in and they won a champions league and gonna get the premier league as well, football is not just money.

I did not but checked the score at around 92 minutes and saw 1 - 2 for Burnley. I was picking up for Southampton to win by 2 - 0 in the pool but when I saw it Burnley was about to win I knew I had no chance to manage a point from this match too. Liverpool match is on the half way. I am sure they will manage to do something to win this match too in the 2nd half as they always do.

I was expecting that Klopp is going to do some rotation in the first line up but I can see that he is using the first team in all positions. This would be a wrong move as the next games in Champions League are coming.

Yeah! Liverpool won by 1-0 goal very easily. Even though Norwich City played very well in defense otherwise Liverpool could have scored multiple goals.  
On the other hand, Liverpool's position was further strengthened by the Manchester ban. Because of the Manchester Ban EPL has been lost a strong opponent.
Even then, hope the rest of the teams will play better and create excitation on the field.

What do you mean "EPL has lost a strong opponent"? The ban is only with regards to the UEFA Champions League. It (currently) has no bearing on the EPL at all. It also doesn't come into affect until the NEXT season (2020-2021 season) of UCL football. City are still able to continue playing in the UCL this season.

So no EPL opponent has been "lost" as far as Liverpool are concerned.

In other news, after the win(dy!) at Norwich, Liverpool currently have a 25 point lead and now only need to win 5 more games to claim the title! w00t!

Klopp does have a good principle to his players so that the player's fitness is always maintained at the time of the match.
Look at last night's match against Norwich even though the score was thin but still they were optimistic that with this victory they were easy opponents they did not take lightly so it was more serious during the match.
This is the first time I've seen Liverpool have more discipline.

I think I'll have to disagree with you (HCP) to agree with Swordsoffreedom. Football is way above what just happens on the field of play as some matches are already won before the game even begins. Phycologically, Manchester city will be affected as the players must have already accepted their fate of not playing in the championship league next season which will definitely affect their performance in the premier league either positively or negatively (although the negative effect is the obvious outcome).

Players will begin forcing their move to clubs which will give them the opportunity to compete at champions level which automatically will destabilize the city team and make them weak and unlikely contenders. Recall what the transfer ban did to Chelsea this season, they automatically were ruled out of the conversation of potential league winners.

What'll be the benefit of competing for a top 4 finish when it's certain you're not getting a champions spot. The likes of Pep, Kevin de bruyne, Sterling etc will likely leave the club.

Talking about historical value? I think followings are not much far to achieve for Liverpool.

Liverpool needs 6 more unbeaten streak to touch the record of 49
One more win to touch the record of 18 times win streak
One more home win to touch the record of 21 home win streak
Three more away wins to touch the record of 11 away win streak.

We will see all of them will be achieved in the next few weeks considering the next few matches are with West Ham in Anfield, away match against Watford, home match against Bournemouth, away match against Everton, home match against Crystal Palace before meeting City in their ground.

Messi and Ronaldo are some special cases in my opinion.
And apart from that, I think that Messi was getting rest in easy games (etc. Copa del Rey games). Liverpool is playing football as a team so if someone gets tired then this is a huge problem to the team's performance.

Because they are playing as a team, I do not think if someone gets tired or even get injured; it's gonna make much difference. Remember when Mane was not with the team for injury? Everyone thought Liverpool will slow down but we have not seen any such performance from them. They kept winning their matches.

Liverpool lately made it to their habit of winning football matches. And it's a habit which is very hard to give up.

In that game it was evident that if norwich had good players who score many goals they could cause problems for liverpool

I think that would have gone to VAR if they’d scored & it would have been disallowed for offside. Alisson didn’t know though so was great goalkeeping by him obviously.
