this exchange has no value for anybody, the coin has at least some for those who invested.

And no, sorry, i can but will not buy empoex and i will not take over XEMP because of two reasons:

2) I have a coin, this coin gets my full attention and all my efforts,
    there is no place for another coin to manage.

I have 700 000 XEMP that makes me have an interest, for this coin to stay alive and i liked your engagement,

Well i have a rule: Better die than selling low,
so i am still in with 700 000 XEMP staking. Also as mentioned i am willing to support new maintainers,
by sharing resources and connections. If i see the action i will do even more by partnering and by involving him step by step into countless projects,
that will help his currency, like cloudstaking, new APIS we are about to release and first access to our Lab's current development "FEDERATED BLOCKCHAINS API"

Best would be an active person, that has a new idea for the coin. But if you haven't a new idea, don't worry, if you are active,
ideas will come after takeover, often through helping hands. The Crypto business is that exciting, you wonb't be able to resist, getting inspired sooner or later.
Given that, for now a new maintainer, that ensures the basics for survive (i listed them i my last post) is needed and if this maintainer did those jobs,
he has earned my fiull support. @alexius89 I know your team is managing several coins, therefor i guess, you know, as a single person,
i can't take over this one, without damage for my existing coin.

Some reasons, why to choose this one for a takeover,:Itrs specs and its money-supply are very good to ensure growth,
and they are cheap to get. You can buy many  coins and then make the community happy.
Its a great way to build profit by going hand in hand with supporters. I experienced, they will never forget
and they will be a supportive and friendly community, when you managed to show, your attitudes.

i realized some people have began to stake again, thats a good idea, you are winning time doing so (and some worthless coins lol)
i am doing the same, it doesn't cost any effort to keep up the network and it protects the coin and givees your investment a chance,
I have seen coins stay alive almost a year without a maintainer.

You will find out it a just 17 million supply Coin, with me and others supporting you.

Could anyone give a list of working nodes? I want to get my coins out of Empoex and support the network a bit..
