If you see a message “Transaction Not found” in the transaction status which means that we already sent your balance through the Bitcoin network and waiting for peer and conformation.
You need to be patient you will receive your balance soon. It then listens on all its other connections to check that the transaction has been broadcast successfully.
If your transaction will never propagate across the Bitcoin network and the recipient will not receive which mean’s propagation through the Bitcoin network was unsuccessful.

epay.info does not want to return my money. Sorry for my bad english. I am faucet owner but now have my own little project and do not have time for my faucet on epay. I decided close the faucet but on account still had 0.02132888 BTC. Of course I wanted them withdrawal, but have not found how to do it. Write to support did not want to, because They answered on my ticket to add my faucet to rotator 17 days. I decided to go the other way, created another one faucet. For the test first set reward to 100 satoshi and them 200, then sent all the money in my account on epay.info. But on next day something went wrong. When I tried to log into my account always get this:http://picsee.net/upload/2016-06-27/b01a1ccba0ef.PNG At first I thought that I was banned, because Satoshi on my epay account i did not collect, I used it to make sure my faucet is working, at once came the transaction 0.02132888 BTC of course bot mistakenly thought I abuse. Be careful when you use epay.info, because if epay server fall again and your balance lost, you will not receive anything.

If your balance send it from Yannik Faucet and didn't showed on your transaction, it's the faucet owner problem so we're not the owner of the Yannik Faucet.

as for your balance, i checked the logs and your dashboard is showing the correct balance.

I am always fighting with support every week for it, If they dont want to pay me just tell me and no use epay.info anymore, or if they are having problems with the payments it is understandable just notify people, I dont know what is the necessity of support for lie telling that minimum payout is 100,000 satoshi

  epay.info, you are pain in the ass with your Multiaccounting "kind of protection", there is no harm for you if we have multiple accounts, does google prevent you from having several accounts? does ebay prevent you from having several accounts? ... I just checked three of my epay accounts in the same hour => now I am fully blocked on each account!!!! and bye bye my satoshi!!!!

I start to believe that epay.info like very much this since they can extort a lot of satoshi from users this way and earn more money on their side!!!! Continue like that and more and more users will notice your behavior and use other services similar than you but definitely more professional (including ticket support by the way and no multiaccounting fucking "so-called protection").

Over 90% accounts that are banned, are the accounts that used TOR or other type of vpns to fool the faucets and get more from them or they have referred themselves.
this is to protect the faucets and protect them.
