Does anyone have any other method of contacting Livecoin? (slack, telegram, etc) for support issues?  I have not received any response, or even acknowledgement...

they dont care about clients

with my situation blocked IP   from last 9 days

 i don't know help@livecoin.net is working or not because until now no response to my email for almost one week, same issue restricted IP when i log in to my account

Finally for almost to weeks help@livecoin.net responsed to my email about of the problem of my account, but i can't access my account for now  for due to security reasons, I update again here if my account is fixed.

Have you ever tried to change your ip by using VPN? If you did it, was that work? I mean, could you access your account with VPN or you are fully unable to access the site? If you have good amount of money there, then you should do all the possible ways to access your site. Probably they are now in a huge number of complains and they need to handle it one by one. Indeed waiting too long time is suck, but that's the only thing you can do while there is no replies anywhere.

My livecoin account has been fix about the issue of ip address is restricted, livecoin exchange is legit if you have a problem to your account send a request to livecoin@help.net with detailed description of the issue. Account access recovery requests will only be accepted if they are sent from the same e-mail address as was used to open your account at registration. If you repeat a request on the same issue without waiting for a reply to the first request, you'll get an answer later.

i don`t saw any warnings the same like many other people's
for 1 month everything was fine problem started when I transferred 30% of my account to binance after few hour my account was suspended.
