Supposed to be UTC, but under time offset, it says Current forum time: August 13, 2015, 21:40:28, and auto-detect is saying I'm -5 from UTC instead of -7.

Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.

Summer time maybe?

I don't know if the forum time reflects some real place time or just the UTC time

Fixed. This was actually a symptom of a larger hardware problem that I needed to fix, so thanks for posting about it.

The forum time (before custom timezones) should always be UTC.
