Is Coinbase going to be paying the remainder due to all of us Roman Shytlman/Bitfloor victims? Reminded of how Kraken is handling the Mark Karpeles/MtGox victims.
Even if Roman set himself up so he could escape legal liability for the "hack" (allegedly unencrypted wallet backup; negligent at best, criminal at worst), it's still morally wrong to reward him if he has no intention of ever paying back more than the single-digit percentage of the total stolen
