See I call BS because as we all know you just can't call and get a sales rep at BFL  . Proof please...... Not saying it is not true but I am sure BFL does not want to be the ones that blow the delivery date that bad so from a basic business stand point that would be a hard one to accept if true. |

They said all current pre-orders by Christmas... that was a two weeks ago. Makes sense that it would be January now given more pre-orders. It is misleading to place a pre-order on their website when they say they are starting to ship in October. One assumes that their preorder will be shipping in October. It would be really nice if there were a way to dynamically check on order status. Something that could update with an estimated ship date for example.

ive heard it directly from josh that they expect all preorders out by middle of dec... and that most of the 9500 some odd orders that are out there, half are fake because someone wanted to see how many orders there were.

IF BLF actually have the pick and place and reflow machines they state in their news update they should not have an issue fullfilling orders.  Having said that - the photos in the news update of the machines being installed are actually directly from the manufacturers website (gotta love images.google.com). Also some requests to pick locally in the past have met responses of "not possible, products are shipped from China" (could be old news, posted before announcement of their own manufacturing gear)  I'm just going to sit back and furiously refresh my email for updates on my orders  |
