Okay!! Seriously yes. I need help here.

My old Corgicoin wallet cannot sync. I added new nodes but no luck. I installed new wallet https://github.com/SoonCoin/Corgicoinnew/releases and cannot get load OLD corgicoin wallet. I know this is not how it works.

How can I be able to swap my old corgi to new. I have a backup of old wallet though.

Please help!!

Well, an old wallet.dat file will not work with a new CORGI wallet software. You must use old CORGI wallet (download it from previous page) and then add IPs of some other nodes to sync it, as explained at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=444700.msg13616230#msg13616230. Old CORGI wallet should sync if you have done everything correctly but there is another problem, someone went crazy with mining old CORGI and pumped difficulty to 13+ then stopped mining so now blockchain is not moving at all. So it is pointless to send old CORGI anywhere unless you or someone else starts mining as well.

Read this thread and also https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Forum/Thread/251?page=1 to get a picture of the state of Corgicoin. I will no longer reply on stupid "I'm lazy ass, please help!" questions.

Hello All,

Thanks for your help! At last after keeping my old corgi wallet sync all night I was able to get wallet sync up completely.

Now,
Do I have to send my coins to CXPJWsjTyHJ3KNBm6RXnrikA1rvnuNKnsm  for a swap?

On Cryptopia forum it says,
From there after deposited and looked if it has the required amount of confirms yourself send a pm to corgiswap by inbox with your new corgicoin wallet address and with your txid from the place you send the coins to this only address.

I will then send you the new coins to your direct address from your new corgi wallet.

I don't see email address where I need to send TXID and new corgicoin wallet receive address.

Please help me one more time.

First locate directory where your wallet.dat file is located and then create a new text file at the same location, named corgicoin.conf (NOT corgicoin.conf.txt or whatever else!!!). Paste addnodes listed below to that file, save it and then restart your old CORGI wallet.

I am still waiting for information where I can send my old coins and get swapped with new. I know the address where to send though; however I don't know the email address where I am supposed to send TXID.

Hello All,

I am ready to send my old corgicoin coins to CXPJWsjTyHJ3KNBm6RXnrikA1rvnuNKnsm.

However, I don't understand, where to send email for below suggestion. Email address is missing or I can't solve the code.

That is the only way from now on. So once again DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR OLD COINS TO YOUR ACCOUNT BUT TO THE ADDRESS I LISTED IN THIS POST. All coins that get to corgiswap account by other ways will be seen as donation and will be send to cryptopia for support compensation.

Please Help!

There is no email, you must create account at Cryptopia and use their internal messaging system to contact corgiswap account.

You can download the OLD Corgi blockchain at CryptoChainer.com

It will get your wallet back into sync in no time!
