I am new to the bitcoin world and i don't understand it well yet. I want to buy a small amount of bitcoins, like 2 or 3. I live in the UE and i want to pay them through creditcard. What do I do? I thought it would be very simple, but it seems I can't find out how to do it.

What's the UE? Do you mean the UAE?

Finding someone who wants to accept credit card payments for Bitcoins
is hard because Bitcoins can't be charged back while credit cards can.
So what's stopping someone from buying coins, disputing the charge
and refusing to give the coins back?

Your best bet is to open an account at an exchange and deposit cash from your bank.  Its simple but takes a couple of days.  then simply buy and withdraw your bitcoins.

If UE was supposed to be US, then the owner of https://www.quickbitcoins.net/ advertises his service in IRC.  I've never tried it.  I believe it requires phone verification of some kind as well.

UE is Unione Europea / Union européenne / Unión Europea etc.
Several countries in Europe will say UE instead of EU (European Union) as it is how it is said in our local language.

Regrettably credit card is really not a viable option, as said above me, for bitcoin purchase. Funding exchanges with bank transfer, however, is really much less hassle than it sounds and you can easily do it for smallish ammounts (e.g. € 50)

I would suggest you use this method as it's porbably the safest and most reliable.

If you only want a handful of coins to play a little, and you have a computer with a decent graphics card, another option is to earn some coins mining using some very simple solution (for instance a pool which offers an inbuilt no-work miner). You can probably earn 2 or 3 BTC in a few weeks if you have a reasonable GPU.

Buying by credit card is a very hard thing. Open up a free account on one of the exchanges.
