http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2015-08-16/zero-hedge-what-should-we-dothis is an interesting read for those of you who follow zero hedge. He is stating the obvious (financial markets are rigged, economic indicators are manipulated, etc) and asking for real suggestions on how we can chane the world for the better. One main problem is the money these bankers/governments/militaries control. The money gives them power to do anything, buy anything, and buy anyone. So how could btc make a difference? If the elite are able to get into btc, I don't see how it would be any different than the current system in place.

Thats true, it would be my choice if I had to go aroudn the world and move a large amount of money rather than physically transporting it or transferring it though banks. BUT I'm saying if you still have to put say $100 fiat in, then just take $100 fiat out, then what difference does btc make? |

it can not help now with small market cap but it can hepl after, when the market cap will be big enough to be a deterrent for manipulators, at this point the elite can not impact the price anymore with their wealth
and they will obey to the free market, and not a dictators market like the one made with fiat

Anonymity is one of the best features of cryptocurrency technology, and financial institutions will never accept such a technology which destroys their very existence by giving all the power of a financial bank right into the hands of an everyday user making them their own bank. That's a great reason to fall in love with btc, anonymous and freedom are its very prime features. |

If you are some kind of businessman, startup creator anonymity is not what you want. It is similar to how people are starved for fame and followers on various social network. Anonymity can bring you first wave of users who want to be left alone. Big business is not about that at all. |

Honest money will have a vast impact to the monetary system we have today, but how would such a money survive in today's fiat money flooded world is to be seen. I guess most possibly it will only become a medium of saving, e.g. people no longer save using fiat money, but only bitcoin

From what do you have found and connected the title of your thread with the article given in your post? In the article there is no one word about bitcoin. If it is your idea to make this connection in order to know about how bitcoin can change the world in the directions given in the article my answer is it that you give at the end in your post: If the elite are able to get into btc, I don't see how it would be any different than the current system in place.
Bitcoin cannot change the social-economic formation. It is only a currency (not yet accepted, or worst, ignored but most of the countries) and its duty is to serve for buying goods and only in internet. That's all. Don't give at bitcoin power that cannot hold in its shoulders.

Money is just another more civilized and refined way to take what they would still take and do what they would still do, even without money... So how could btc make a difference? If the elite are able to get into btc, I don't see how it would be any different than the current system in place.
Thereby, Bitcoin can't make a difference as you understand it. That, simply put, sums it up |

I think some of the reasons that make BTC is different from the others is because the deals are so easily and without large chunks The transactions are very fast and almost no fee involved in sending money and transactions are quite safe. |

Bitcoin is have different system than fiat(of course!). But the usage is depends to the owner, especially you can buy almost stuff out there with bitcoin. |
